Crunchy Granola Breakfast Bars Recipe:
Getting up for that Monday morning lecture can be a struggle ⏰
Ingredients

a) Use a large mixing bowl and wooden spoon to mix together the peanut butter and honey. Add a sprinkle of salt.
b) Mix for 3-4 mins until the mixture is combined.

a) Next, add the oats, pumpkin seeds, a handful of almonds and a handful of cashews and stir together. (This is where you can add cranberries or raisins!)
b) Mix for another 3-4 mins until the mixture is fully combined. If the mixture is too dry, add some more honey to loosen the mixture.

a) Place parchment paper onto a baking tin. Spoon the mixture into the the baking tin.
b) Place another piece of parchment paper over the mixture and use your hands to firmly press the mixture to the baking tin. (Make sure that the mixture is as even spread as possible!)
4.
a) Finally, chill the mixture for one hour in the fridge.
b) After one hour, remove the baking tin from the fridge and use a knife to cut the mixture into rectangular, bar shapes.
c) That's it- your Crunchy Granola Breakfast Bars.
